Image Generation Best Practices

AI Image Generation Capabilities and Limitations

AI image generation is a very new and rapidly evolving technology. When used properly it can be very powerful, but it does still have a number of limitations and can require some manual effort from users to generate the best results.

The biggest limitation of current AI image generators is that they cannot generate images related to your specific brand or products. The AI can only generate images based on information it was trained on, and in most cases this won't include your products. Even widely recognized brands can't typically be reliably represented in AI generated images.

The second major limitation is that AI still has some difficulty generating images featuring lifelike humans. This doesn't mean it isn't possible, as many of our users have managed to generate beautiful images featuring near perfect-looking people, but it can take some work and trial and error to achieve this. If you're getting results with odd or deformed looking people in them we recommend regenerating the image, preferably with some tweaks to your prompt.

Best Practices

The most important rule for generating high quality images is to include as much detail as possible in your prompts. In most cases you probably have a good idea of the visual you're looking for in your mind, but the AI is not privy to this, so you need to be as descriptive as possible when explaining what you're looking for.

It's also important to be very clear in your prompts. Don't include any contradictory information that may make it unclear to the AI what your looking for.

The final tip is that you may need to regenerate images with the same prompt a number of times before getting the result you're looking for. Each time you generate an image it will return a completely new and unique result even if the prompt stays exactly the same.
